We received a call for emergency water damage clean up at a home in Charlotte on westerly court. The customer advice thus that sometime during the morning the waterline under the kitchen sink must have broken in flooded their home. The customer discovered the water damage in his home after returning from church around 1:00 p.m.. The customer advice thus that once he returned he noticed the water damage and realize he had to contact a water restoration company and shortly as soon as possible once we arrived he explained that he left his home around 8 o’clock this morning and there was no signs of water damage but once he returned from church that’s when he discovered the water damage to his home in the Kitchen area.
