One of this morning calls for water damage restoration in Charlotte was from a customer on Archdale Dr. in South Charlotte. The customer went to church returning home a few hours later to a complete disaster due to a burst water line from the water heater. After walking through the door, the customer noticed water everywhere along with parts of the ceiling caved in from the water damage. To make things worst the break in the water line was from the outlet pipe from the water heater which caused the water damage to be a little worst due to the hot water flooding the home.
