Early this afternoon we received a call for water restoration in Charlotte from a customer with a very large amount of water damage in her town home due to a tub overflow.

we received the call for water restoration in Charlotte today from a customer that was experiencing a very serious situation of water damage to their home customer attempted to soak up as much of your water as possible and dry up as much of the water as possible but they were unable to do it themselves because of this they went online and look for water mitigation companies in Charlotte and came across us at Property Restoration Inc. The cause of the water damage that they are dealing with was due to a broken pipe which we see frequently in our industry because there are so many things that happen inside the walls of a person’s house that a broken pipe can happen to the best of us unfortunately we do not realize it until it’s too late and our homes are flooded and we have to contact a water mitigation company to extract the water. When speaking with the customer they told us that a scene water spots on the walls but did not think anything of it originally but once they woke up in the morning they realize what the water spots on the walls really meant because the carpet was completely wet and there was bubbles on the vinyl flooring in the kitchen because of the amount of time that the water was sitting and continually flowing into the home without stopping through tonight. This created a vast amount of water damage to the first floor more than any customer can do by themselves so it is to their benefit that they contacted us at Property Restoration Inc to take care of their water restoration needs and get the house dry as soon as possible.

We received a call this morning for water mitigation in Charlotte from a customer that woke up to realize that her home was completely flooded with water damage in so many areas. The customer stated that see washed her clothes the evening before end put her clothes in the dryer shortly after the washing machine was finished during the process she thinks that she might have moved the washing machine or bumped it in a way that the hose was damaged causing water to start to slowly leak out during the night. When she woke up in the morning she heard the sound of water in walked around the downstairs area of the home to notice not one spot was dry and water damage was taking place to the walls to all areas of the floor from the carpet in the living room to the ceramic tile in the kitchen and in the bathroom to the wood flooring panels in the entry foyer the entire first floor was completely saturated with water damage in ponding of water that needed to be extracted as soon as possible. After a little bit of panic she looked online for water restoration companies in Charlotte and came across our company and contacted us to come by and extract the water thinking that’s all that would need to be done when we arrived we realize there was so much water that the drying process needed to start immediately end we prepared the water mitigation process to go forward.

So often in life we become busy with our daily routine’s that thinks that we typically do end up causing damage is to our house or other things that we use on a regular basis this is something that we always see in the water restoration industry and Charlie because we have to work with customers that use different items on the regular basis for appliances on a regular basis that end up creating massive  amounts of water damage to their homes because of a mistake or lack of information on how to use it appropriately. That is what brought us to today’s call for water mitigation and Charlotte from a particular customer that called us earlier this morning because they are top was overflowing while they were in the process of getting ready to go to work which ended up ruining their entire day and creating a situation that ultimately will cost thousands of dollars to repair in their house because of the way the water from the tub damaged.

This mornings call for water damage clean up in Charlotte was a big one. The customer contacted us at 5:30am after waking up to water coming into his bedroom from the ceiling. Franticly the customer first called 911 not knowing the cause of the water and ceiling collapse but eventually realized it was an issue with the water heater which was located in the attic above his bedroom. When we arrived to provide water mitigation services the first thing we did.
