this morning we received a phone call for emergency water restoration in Charlotte from a customer that returned home from work to find his entire downstairs flooded and saturated with water damage and almost every area. after walking through the door he hurt his children laughing and playing in the water and in spite of the horror of it all the customer attempted to figure out what caused everything when walking around the home he realized that the children were in the bathroom playing in water was continuously overflowing onto the floor causing the water damage so he probably turned it off immediately he contacted us for water damage cleanup services because his children cause the situation from playing in the sink.

We received the call this morning from a customer in the middle of a water damage crisis at a home in South Charlotte in desperate need of water restoration due to a clogged sink that was overflowing for some time because the customer forgot to turn the water off after brushing their teeth this morning while preparing to go to work. The customer went through his normal preparation for work routine when all of a sudden he noticed water coming down the steps into his living room this immediately sent him into a situation of panic he ran upstairs and turn the water off right away only to notice water damage and multiple bedrooms along with the entire hallway and of course the bathroom due to the amount of time the water was running. After getting his bearings together the customer contacted us for water restoration services and we made our way to his home in the South Charlotte area to proceed with the water mitigation process and water extraction to dry everything out in his home.

We received the call today for water restoration in Monroe North Carolina which is right outside of Charlotte to assist a customer that was going through a situation of water damage due to a filled water heater. we do not typically make it out to the Monroe area for water damage caused because most of our customers are for water restoration in Charlotte and some of the other areas do not frequently utilize our services for water damage cleanup.

The customer took do typical approach of washing their dishes in the evening before going to bed or at least going to their bedroom from what they understand and they did not hear anything during the night however when they woke up this morning there was water all over the place in water still coming out due to an issue with the water line having a small hole in it under the dishwasher. Early in the morning a customer called after coming back inside of the house the realize it was flooding because he forgot to turn the tub off that he ran this morning to wash his kids. After making it home to customer look online for ways to get the water up before realizing it was just too much to handle and it would put her home at risk for secondary damage if the water damage is not treated correctly. So eventually they contacted our company to provide the water cleanup services which we probably did by starting the water restoration and extraction process.
