Appointment the reason he did not initially notice the water damage was because the way the utility knife was under the sink it did not go all the way into the water line so the leak was slow and not noticeable creating a situation where the water damage takes place over a short time and not right away like most cases of water restoration.

The customer explained that they went to run just a few errands and was planning to return home rather quickly when they realize that the shower was still running after making a couple of detours. we received a call for water restoration this morning from a Charlotte customer on Robinson Church Rd. that was in the middle of a large amount of water damage and frantically did not know what to do. The customer advised us that while watching TV in the living room all of a sudden she noticed that the carpet starting to become wet in certain areas initially she thought she spilled something and put a towel down. after some time she realized that the water damage was becoming more because there was puddling in the kitchen along with more wet areas of the carpet and at that point she noticed that there was water trickling down from one of the baseboards and causing the water damage.
