We received a call this morning for water mitigation in Charlotte from a customer that woke up to realize that her home was completely flooded with water damage in so many areas. The customer stated that see washed her clothes the evening before end put her clothes in the dryer shortly after the washing machine was finished during the process she thinks that she might have moved the washing machine or bumped it in a way that the hose was damaged causing water to start to slowly leak out during the night. When we arrived the first thing, we did was turn off the water to the house and started with water damage cleanup.

Charlotte Home Flooded by Running Shower
We got a call for water damage cleanup in Charlotte from a customer that was experiencing water damage because they were running late for work and forgot to turn the water off after getting in the shower. The customer stated that they were concerned that the water was left on with at their property and they were on their way back home to confirm that the water was still on but needed us to come by at the same time to provide emergency water mitigation services to their home in Charlotte. After getting settled at work the customer felt concerned that the water was still running and before calling us for water restoration services they wanted to confirm. So the customer look on their phone to access the video surveillance of their home and verified that there was definitely water damage taking place because he could hear water running and see things that look like it may have been damaged by water in the video so at that time the customer called us for water restoration services and made their way home. When made it to the customers home before they did and could tell water damage was taking place because water broke the seal of the property and was coming under the walls and out the door. As we waited for the customer to arrive to mitigate additional water damage we turned off the water to the house from the street.
