We received a call for emergency water damage restoration in Charlotte from a customer on Julia Avenue. The customer explained that she woke up to very low water pressure in her force it this morning and after getting ready for work C made her way into the kitchen and realize that the home was completely flooded as she was preparing to leave. As one can imagine that changed her plans from going to work to finding a company for water damage cleanup services in the Charlotte area. Once we arrived we quickly assess the situation and found the cause of the water damage to be the water heater which was leaking due to a blown sill in the bottom of the water heater. As a safety method we quickly turned off the gas to the water heater as this can be very dangerous because the water that leaks from the bottom kin come in contact with the flame in chords the water heater to explode in addition to the water damage step was already present. After doing the extracting in the little bit of demo that we had to do to proceed with the water dam is clean up we brought in our drying equipment and place the humidifiers and air movers where they were necessary to complete the water restoration at the customer’s home.

we received a call for emergency water restoration and a home in Mint Hill which is right outside of Charlotte that was in need of water damage cleanup due to a leak in the water supply line to the toilet. The restoration company that responded to their homes for the water damage clean up noted the cause was from a broken pipe in the bathroom on the for 2nd floor. While that restoration company and went through the water dam is clean up process to dry out that apartment the water must have traveled from that apartment into our customers apartment which in turn brought us to their home foot of water damage cleanup.
