This morning we had an emergency call for water clean up in Charlotte due to a toilet supply line leak at a condo in South Park. The water flowed from the middle floor to the bottom floor unnoticed through the night because the master bedroom is on the top floor. It was discovered in the morning when the owners woke up to go to church this morning.

Fortunately it did not cause any electrical issues thou we did have to take precautions by turning off the breakers before proceeding with extracting the water. To their benefit it was a small leak in the hose and not a clean break.
