We received a call for water damage cleanup in Charlotte from a customer that suddenly noticed water flowing from under the baseboard on a wall in the living room.  When we arrive to provide water mitigation services the customer explained to us that she was in her living room looking at TV when all of a sudden she felt what seemed to be like water on her floor and threw her sneakers.
