Pineville Building Flooded Due to Clogged Gutter
As a water restoration company in Charlotte we deal with issues of water damage will 82 filled appliances broken pipes and bad weather. This afternoon we received a call from the Pineville park and recreation services due to a severe issue of water damage in the gymnasium of when in there park and recreation buildings. We received a call for water mitigation in Charlotte from a customer that was experiencing water damage due to a broken waterline for the toilet. The customer stated that they woke up last night to use the restroom and there was a ton of water in the hallway in on the bathroom floor and they heard water coming from the waterline in the bathroom creating a lot of water damage in their Charlotte home.

Rain Floods New Home in Charlotte
As a water restoration company in Charlotte one of the questions we are frequently asked from customers is what is the primary cause for water damage cleanup for homeowners in the Charlotte area. When we arrived to address the water damage needs what we found was the water was about 2 to 3 inches high and the customers garage and receding into the house which means the more it rained the more water went underneath the walls into the customers house creating water damage to the kitchen in the living room with walls that are the same as the walls in the garage this created a situation of water damage that was almost impossible to stop because the water damage was caused from nature which simply means we can not just turn off a valve to prevent additional water damage.

A customer called us for water mitigation in Charlotte this afternoon after returning home from work to find the water heater flooding the home. As he approached his door he noticed water trickling from under the door and immediately knew he was going to be in need of major water restoration services due to a past experience in which he had to use the services of a water restoration company for water damage clean up at a home he once rented in Charlotte.

Charlotte Home Water Heater Leak
As a water restoration company and Shirley one of the most common issues of water damage that we address at property restoration Inc. would be a failure of the water heater. This morning we received a call from a customer that over to a large amount of water in her kitchen after looking around to try to figure out where the water came from she realize that the water heater which is located in her garage failed causing a large amount of water to enter her home from under the walls. Due to the large amount of water damage in their home we asked how long do they think the water damage was taking place. To help us with figuring out how long the water was flowing into the home the customer advised us that the night before the water pressure inside of her home was extremely low which indicates that the water damage must’ve been sitting for a long time because she did not come back downstairs with the rest of the night.
