The customer stated that he ordered some brand new aftermarket filters from Amazon.com and when he installed the filters it did not appear to be an issue however when he went downstairs later on in the evening to get something out of the fridge raider he realize the entire kitchen was saturated and the living room carpet was also wet and he did not know where it was coming from so while searching around for the cause of the water damage he realize the water was coming from inside of the refrigerator from the water filter area.

Charlotte Homeowner Returns From Church to Flooded House
A customer contacted us for water damage cleanup at there Charlotte home after returning home from Church to find their house is disarray due to a break in the water line under the kitchen sink. As they walked to the door they noticed water coming from under the door and could not understand why. They walked in and found a complete disaster with water damage to the entire first level of the house. Like a lot of customers water restoration is not something they are aware of. Pipe Leak Floods South Charlotte Home
With all of the recent rain people in the industry of water restoration in Charlotte have been very very busy cleaning up water damage businesses and homes for his clients. After a few hours of going through the restoration process we were able to extract all the water and remove all of the water damage materials from the house so we could establish a proper training environment to make sure the house is 100% dry after our water damage cleanup procedures.
