Bathtub Flooded Providence Road Charlotte House
We received a call for water mitigation in Charlotte at a home off of Providence Road that was experiencing water damage due to a bathtub overflow. The customer called around 3 PM this afternoon stating that they left their tub on this morning when they left home to run a couple errands and pick up things for an event they were having for Labor Day. When the customer made it back home she noticed water coming out of her front door slowly dripping into the driveway. After walking inside the customer stated that with every step water with splash up out of the carpet and the walls and water stains about 3 inches high in a lot of areas she went upstairs to find a bathtub still running in quickly turned it off and after looking around she noticed that a lot of the ceilings on the first floor had water damage as well because the tub was sending water throughout the house which meant that it had nowhere else to go causing the drywall in the ceiling to collapse due to the excessive amount of water. At we arrive to provide water damage cleanup services the first thing we did was turn off the electricity this is because the amount of water that was throughout the house created a situation that could lead to someone getting electrocuted because the water came in contact with some of the wires we had to bring our generator to provide power for the first stage of the mitigation process to extract the latter the water that was remaining inside of the house and after that we proceeded with the rest of the water damage cleanup in water restoration process.

We received a call for water restoration in Charlotte from a customer that was experiencing water damage due to accidental sink overflow. The customer stated that they were washing dishes early this morning and forgot the sink was running when the walked outside to take care of something in the car after looking around the car for an item they realize that they had to run to the store and she did. After being away from the house for about 2 hours she remembered the water was on before leaving and rushed home praying that the house did not flood. After walking through the door she noticed water damage all over the house the entire kitchen floor in the living room and so much more was completely saturated.

Broken Pipe In Wall of Charlotte Home on Fairway Rd
we received a call for water restoration in Charlotte from a customer who was experiencing water damage in the worst of situations. The customer stated he thinks there is a broken pipe inside of his wall because he’s noticing water coming from under the baseboard and flooding his house in a variety of locations damaging the flooring and some of the walls as well as the baseboard in those areas. When we arrived we did our moisture readings to check to see how wet some of the areas are from the water damage and each location came up very high thou water was not visible as it flooded the home.

Running Toilet Floods East Charlotte House
We received a call for water restoration in Charlotte from a customer that was experiencing an issue of severe water damage due to a running toilet. When we arrived to provide water mitigation services we realize the toilet was still running and water was backing up into the house continuously the customer stated that they turned off the water that led to the toilet however the running from the water wasn’t actually coming from the toilet waterline when we did some investigating to figure out what was the cause of the water damage after searching and taking moisture readings we found the water was coming from the mainline and backing into the house due to a severe clog of some type. To our luck when it comes to water damage cleanup sewer back ups which this typically would’ve been classified as are not always the cleanest of types of water damage the technician likes to take care of but we were fortunate enough that the clog was coming from the constant running of the toilet that was on the second floor but the water was coming out of the toilet on the first floor because it had nowhere to go.

It just so happens we are lucky enough that pipes break in the walls in the early morning just in time to keep us up all night drying up water damage. This morning was no different, about 1 am before going to sleep a customer called frantically because they noticed water damage coming from under the wall.
