While looking for we realized it was coming from under the refrigerator and the water supply hose for the ice maker and fountain had a small break which resulted in water spilling on the floor for a long period of time. While we waited we where able to move some items and complete a small amount of demo.

A call came in this morning for water damage cleanup in Charlotte from a home off of Park Rd. The homeowner said he left the house to run some errands before his kids got on the bus for school. He returned a few hours after the kids left to find water coming from under his front door.
