    During the super bowl this evening a lot of families and friends had a great time watching the game together but for one family in a neighborhood off of Randolph Rd in Charlotte they had such a great time watching the game someone forgot to off the faucet unclog the sink after making a glass of water. This resulted in a flooded kitchen with water damage in the dinning room and living room. In the middle of the game the couple noticed water seeping into the living room and started looking for a leak. When we arrived to provide water restoration services they estimated the water was running for at least an hour flooding multiple rooms before they realized what was happening and stopped the flow of water to prevent further water damage.

This was the reason for our call for emergency water cleanup services on Beverly Dr. in south Charlotte this morning. While preparing a bath for their 4 year old one of the older kids missed the bus so the parents drove the child to school and forgot the water was running into the bathtub which resulted is a large amount of water damage to the bathroom and living room flooding at least half the house with standing water in certain areas.
