this afternoon we received a extreme call for water mitigation in Charlotte.  The customer called us around 12 PM because they realize that water was coming into the house from the back the carpet was wet the living room was completely saturated the kitchen was wet the bedroom was wet the bathroom moves away but the source of the water could not be found after looking around the customer realize that they could not find any reason any location in which the water damage could be coming from the water valves were off under the sink there were no pipes that were leaking the water was turned off in the kitchen  there was no water running in the bathroom no matter how hard the customer look they didn’t understand why they were in the mist of a flood in in need of water restoration in emergency water damage cleanup services. After some time the customer thought to look in the backyard at their swimming pool which appeared to be empty as a looked at it currently the customer realize this must be the cause of the water all of the water that was inside of their outdoor swimming pool somehow ended up in the house when we arrived to provide the water restoration services one of the first things we did was have the extraction or through the bottom of the house because it was so much water everywhere then we went to investigate how did the water get from inside to pull into the house and after some time we noticed a crack that was big enough that it must’ve happened suddenly and made all the water rush out in a way that it was not noticeable but it did so in a short period of time causing any substantial amount of water damage to the customers home.
