we had a call today for a water restoration in Charlotte from a customer that was in a very bad situation of water damage. The customer stated that she was running late for work and had to rush out of the door but in the process she forgot to turn the bathtub off because she turned the water on when she thought she had time. when she got to work she noticed a piece of drywall falling from the ceiling when her security camera alerted her phone. she look at her phone and remotely move the camera around and seeing water dripping from multiple parts of the ceiling as well as water flowing on the floor of the house she immediately dropped everything and rushed home. When she got home she observed water coming out of the front door and water damage to a lot of her furniture belongings as well as a lot of water damage cleanup needs to the entire upstairs and downstairs of the home at that point she looked online for water restoration companies near her and contacted us at Property Restoration inc to take care of her needs.

This morning at about 4 a.m. we received the call for water restoration and Charlotte from a customer that was experiencing water damage at his home on Old Providence Rd in Charlotte. He was in need of water restoration due to a water line break at their washing machine. The customer advised us that somewhere in the middle of the night the Water started coming out of the pipe that leads to the washing machine and causing water damage to various areas of the property. The customer woke up about 3 in the morning to use the restroom and noticed there was water on the floor as he was stepping in puddles the further the customer walked around the house he realized this was something very serious as there was water in more and more places. Initially he attempted to clean up the Water by himself but realize towels will not be successful. After turning off the water faucet that leads to the washing machine he looked at all of the damage and decided to contact the water restoration company in Charlotte to extract the water and dry out his home. After he called us we did the initial intake process and proceeded to the house and as of right now we’re in the middle of the water cleanup process and we’ll start the drain of his home within the next few hours.

today we got a call for water restoration in Charlotte in the university area from a customer that lives in a condo off of University City boulevard exactly on vinca circle. The customer advised us that a water line leading into his unit broke somewhere on the first floor which caused a lot of water to flow into the basement area causing a lot of water damage to his condo.

we received the call today for emergency water restoration and Charlotte and a home on East Charlotte off of farm pond that was dealing with a major situation of water damage because the water line to the washing machine broke during the night while the residents were asleep. The customer stated that the property is a rental property and his tenants woke up this morning to find water all over the place even coming out the front door unfortunately the tenant was not able to slow down the water damage during the night because this took place while they were sleeping. After discovering the water damage the tenant immediately called the landlord who in turn called Property Restoration ink to provide the water restoration services at his rental property. when we arrived there was water damaged property everywhere and the demo for the house was extremely extensive but after a couple hours we were able to get everything backed up in cleaned so we could start the drying process and dry up all the water damage within a few days.

We received a call from a customer right outside of Charlotte in Pineville NC in need of water restoration services due to a sink Overflow.

Today’s call for water damage cleanup was from a customer in need of water restoration services due to water backing up into the home in the bathroom on the first floor. Initially the customer thought there was a clog in the bathroom and that was the cause of the water damage but upon inspection when we arrived at the home to proceed with the water cleanup we found the cause to be an issue with the clean out sewer line.

we received a call today for water damage cleanup at a house on Cook road in mint Hill North Carolina right outside of Charlotte. The customer explained that while while looking under the sink he hit a water supply line and ruptured it causing a large amount of water damage leading to today’s call for water restoration services at his home.

we received a call early this morning for emergency water restoration in Charlotte from a customer that was at her home while the sprinkler system activated without reason. The customer stated that she was sitting down looking at TV when suddenly Water started coming down from the ceiling and she heard a hissing sound coming from the sprinkler system but did not know why as she does not smoke and she was not cooking at the time. she tried her best to look for a knob of some sort to turn water off to mitigate the water damage but she could not find anything to stop the water from coming in after searching for some time she attempted to call the HOA emergency line for a maintenance technician to come by to stop the water but she was unable to get to anybody. Shortly after she called our company for water restoration services and we immediately dispatched to her home off of Sharon view Lane to provide the water damage cleanup services and attempt to shut the water off. After looking outside we were able to find the valve and successfully turned off the water and got right to work cleaning up all of the excess water damage that was inside of her condo unit.

The customer returned home from work to find his home completely saturated in water with the carpets soaking along with parts of the drywall crumbling off of the wall and damage to his baseboards as well. initially the customer did not know what the cause of the water damage was all he knew is that his house was completely wet and you did not know what to do after thinking about possible solutions to dry out his home he realize he had to contact the water restoration company in the Charlotte area and quickly contacted us at Property Restoration Inc. During our conversation he advised us that the water was still coming in and he realized it was coming from the bathroom so at that point we explain how to turn off the water at the main line to lessen the amount of water damage she was going through until we arrived.
