We received the call today for emergency water restoration and Charlotte from a customer that returned home from church to find that the shower was running the entire time they were gone and the door was partially open which caused the shower to flood the house. The customer stated that when they walk through the door they realize that water was coming down the steps end there was a large amount of water damage to multiple areas of the house with water flowing down the ceiling and walls causing some of the drywall to buckle as well as the carpet to be completely saturated. The customer explained that as she was preparing to go to church this morning she took a quick shower and got out the shower to dry off unfortunately she must have forgotten to turn off the water while the door was partially opened. To make things worse to customer explained that the door being open typically would not have caused the need for water damage cleanup but after looking around to figure out the cause of everything and turn the water off she realize that her shower cap was blocking the drain causing the water in the shower to build up which resulted in the water overflowing out of the shower and the need for necessary water restoration services.

we received the call from water restoration and Charlotte from a customer that was experiencing an issue of water damage due to a failed water heater in the worst possible locations the Attic. The customer stated that he was in his room looking at TV when all of a sudden he noticed water coming down from the ceiling in the hallway he walked over to see what was happening and realize there were numerous areas of the ceiling that appeared that it was going to collapse on itself as well as areas of the war with water damage that were crumbling where the water hit the drywall. at that point he contacted us for water damage cleanup services when we arrived the first thing we did was turn off the main water line to the house to stop the flow of the water damage and mitigate what possibly we could before we got everything started with the water damage cleanup.

Water Line Cut While Hanging Photos in Charlotte Home
we received the call for emergency water restoration in Charlotte at a home off of Delta crossing that was in the middle of a situation of water damage due to an accidental puncture of a water line in the wall. The customer explained that they were in the middle of hanging photos on a wall when one of the nails went into a water line and started shooting water through the hole uncontrollably. The situation got even worse when the customer realized they did not know how or have a way to turn off the main water line because they were in a condo and did not know the location of the water shut-off valve. after looking online for a plumber the plumber recommended that they contact the water restoration company which they did and we arrived shortly after the plumber finished fixing the problem with the pipe. Once we started we extracted as much water as possible and went through with a little bit of demo because the situation was stopped and enough time that water did not affect the entire first floor but just a few contained areas mainly the living room hallway in some of the bathroom. After completing the demo and the beginning of the drying process we placed our fans and dehumidifiers to assist the building and trying the water damage further.

We received the call today for water damage cleanup at a house outside of Charlotte in Mint Hill on Driftwood Court. The customer explained that they noticed water coming into the kitchen from underneath the cabinet in the water was traveling through the living room and also into the laundry room creating a large area of water damage to the carpet to the vinyl flooring and also to the baseboards and walls throughout those areas of the house. at first to customer attempted to figure out the source of the water and extract as much water as possible to try to stop the situation but was not successful.
