We received a call for water mitigation in Charlotte from a customer that was experiencing a major water leak due to a broken water line in their bathroom.

We received the call today for water restoration in Charlotte at a customer’s home that was experiencing a tub overflow. Apparently the customer ran a bath for her child and forgot about it and did not remember until approximately 45 minutes later when she went into the bathroom she realize that the water was coming over the side of the tub and going into the hallway as well into one of the bedrooms luckily for this particular case of water damage it did not damage the ceilings below as we checked very well and realize that there is no insulation in that area in the water did not come down to the bottom floor but it went out words instead. so when we arrived we begin the process of extracting most of the water from the carpet lifting the carpet putting the air movers in place and the dehumidifiers and place to dry out then entire affected area as well as some light demo because most of the walls did not have insulation where this occurred the dim the demo was not as extensive which meant what could have been a very very drastic amount of water damage cleanup ended up being a little less than it typically would have for something of this scale.

We received the call today for water restoration and Charlotte from a customer that was experiencing a issue of border damage to the home because water was coming from underneath the baseboard end down the ceiling in the first floor of the house and the customer did not know why. While we were talking to the customer to figure out the cause of the water damage and figure out how it’s pensive the amount of water damage to the home was we realized that the wall that the water was coming from was connected to the bathroom was indicated there are water lines in that wall which told us well in advance that they are most likely dealing with a broken water line that is causing the situation of water damage that they are going through at this time. after some time we tried our best to explain to the customer how to turn off the water to the home so let’s damage would have taken place by the time we arrived to begin the water restoration process unfortunately the customer was not able to turn the water off in the water had to keep running until we got there and that is the first thing that we did to lessen the amount of water damage that they were experiencing.

Around 3 am we received a call for water restoration in Charlotte at a home on Ruthledge Pl. when the customer called they indicated that the house was being inundated with water coming from the ceiling and down walls. After stressing out and trying to figure out where the water damage was coming from the customer went into the attic and realize that the water heater was too shooting out water profusely without an end in sight at that point she looked up different water restoration companies in Charlotte and decided to give us a call to provide the services of water damage cleanup for her.

Today’s call for water mitigation was caused by mistake during repairs

A broken water heater caused water to leak in the attic of one of our customers that contacted us for water restoration in Charlotte today. Initially the customer noticed a few drops of water dripping from the ceiling thought it was a simple issue a plumber can repair then suddenly a rush of water came from the ceiling causing water damage to multiple levels of the home. The drywall was completely saturated and started to crumble and as water continued to rush in it saturated the carpet and reached the kitchen causing water damage to the floors in the kitchen also. After the shock set in he contacted us for water damage cleanup services. During the call we realized the water was still coming into the home and advised him on how to turn off the main shutoff valve to lessen the amount of possible water damage and stop the flow of water.

We received a call this afternoon for water restoration at a home in Matthews right outside of Charlotte.

We received the call for water restoration in Charlotte at home off of Pence road due to a typical cause of water damage an aging water heater leak. the customer called us about 3 in the morning after waking up to use the restroom and realizing there was water all over the place because of this they knew they were in a major need of water damage cleanup because the amount of water was extremely drastic.

We received a second call for water restoration in the Charlotte area today. This time the call was for a broken pipe at a home in Matthews on Amir Circle. It is a few minutes out of Charlotte.
