We answered a call for water mitigation in Charlotte at a home off of Queens Rd.

we received a call for emergency water restoration in the Charlotte area this morning due to a toilet overflow at a church in the Matthews area. The customer called stating that there was a backup due to a running toilet that did not properly flush which cause the water to run all night creating water damage to a large part of the facility.

A customer called this afternoon for water damage cleanup in Charlotte due to a leak in the customers water heater. After returning from work the homeowner was shocked to find water all over the place and followed the source of the water damage to the water heater. After looking at the gravity of the situation he called us to provide water restoration services

this morning we received a phone call for emergency water restoration in Charlotte from a customer that returned home from work to find his entire downstairs flooded and saturated with water damage and almost every area. after walking through the door he hurt his children laughing and playing in the water and in spite of the horror of it all the customer attempted to figure out what caused everything when walking around the home he realized that the children were in the bathroom playing in water was continuously overflowing onto the floor causing the water damage so he probably turned it off immediately he contacted us for water damage cleanup services because his children cause the situation from playing in the sink.

We received the call this morning from a customer in the middle of a water damage crisis at a home in South Charlotte in desperate need of water restoration due to a clogged sink that was overflowing for some time because the customer forgot to turn the water off after brushing their teeth this morning while preparing to go to work. The customer went through his normal preparation for work routine when all of a sudden he noticed water coming down the steps into his living room this immediately sent him into a situation of panic he ran upstairs and turn the water off right away only to notice water damage and multiple bedrooms along with the entire hallway and of course the bathroom due to the amount of time the water was running. After getting his bearings together the customer contacted us for water restoration services and we made our way to his home in the South Charlotte area to proceed with the water mitigation process and water extraction to dry everything out in his home.

The customer contacted us stating that they noticed water all over the front of the house from one wall to the next and they realize that the carpet and baseboards and some of the drywall were wet in the home but they had no idea what the cause of the water damage was and wanted to try to start the water cleanup process but the water still kept coming in without and idea of why. after looking over the home and looking for sources of the water damage the customer contacted us for water restoration services and when we arrived it was perplexing as well but shortly after looking at all the areas of the water damage we figured that the water was coming from outside of the home due to a crack in the water supply line witched sent the water onto the porch or under the wall of the porch in under the under the porch itself and made the water come into the home through the Sill creating a massive amount of water damage without truly showing a source to the customer.

we received the call today for water damage cleanup in Charlotte from a customer that was experiencing the situation of water damage because they forgot their shower was on leaving it to run for proximately 4 hours without any way of stopping the water from spilling out which caused this customer to be in need of water cleanup services.
