We received the call today for water restoration in Monroe North Carolina which is right outside of Charlotte to assist a customer that was going through a situation of water damage due to a filled water heater. we do not typically make it out to the Monroe area for water damage caused because most of our customers are for water restoration in Charlotte and some of the other areas do not frequently utilize our services for water damage cleanup.

The customer took do typical approach of washing their dishes in the evening before going to bed or at least going to their bedroom from what they understand and they did not hear anything during the night however when they woke up this morning there was water all over the place in water still coming out due to an issue with the water line having a small hole in it under the dishwasher. After discovering the problem the customer tried their best to use a wet vac to suck up as much of the water as possible and then contacted our company for the water mitigation services to clean up the water damage that was present.

Early in the morning a customer called after coming back inside of the house the realize it was flooding because he forgot to turn the tub off that he ran this morning to wash his kids. After making it home to customer look online for ways to get the water up before realizing it was just too much to handle and it would put her home at risk for secondary damage if the water damage is not treated correctly. So eventually they contacted our company to provide the water cleanup services which we probably did by starting the water restoration and extraction process.

One of this morning calls for water damage restoration in Charlotte was from a customer on Archdale Dr. in South Charlotte. The customer went to church returning home a few hours later to a complete disaster due to a burst water line from the water heater. After walking through the door, the customer noticed water everywhere along with parts of the ceiling caved in from the water damage. To make things worst the break in the water line was from the outlet pipe from the water heater which caused the water damage to be a little worst due to the hot water flooding the home.

This morning we received the call for emergency water restoration in Charlotte from a customer that awoke to a flood in their home caused by a break in the inlet pipe to their water heater. After waking up the first thing the customer noticed was the carpet was completely saturated along with puddling in areas of the kitchen that was completely unexplainable. Immediately the customer started to look for the cause of the water damage and came across the water heater which was still shooting out water at a slow pace because the brake in the pipe was not that large. To slow the progress of the water throughout the house he tried to extract the water with a wet vac but was unsuccessful.he then contacted us for water mitigation services in that that time we made our way to his home to extract water and begin the dryinh and water cleanup process.
