The customer contacted us today for emergency water damage restoration in Charlotte because they noticed water coming into their home while they were away. The customer was in downtown Charlotte attending a concert at the Blumenthal performing arts center when they got an alert on their phone that showed video surveillance of the inside of their home with things moving what actually alerted the customer was falling drywall which fell due to the water damage that was taking place. The cause of the water damage was due to a broken waterline in the upstairs bathroom however there is something that would not typically alert an alarm system or motion detecting video surveillance system but due to the amount of water damage that was taking place in the amount of water that just flew nonstop while the customer was gone the home became so saturated that drywall fell all over the place from upstairs which caused the video surveillance system to activate sending out an alert to the customers phone. After coming back to the home quickly they realized they needed to call someone fast for water mitigation services. When we arrived all of the water that fluid into the home while the customer was away was still present because we only arrive 15 minutes after they called us we immediately begin the water restoration process by extracting the water taking the photographs that were necessary and placing the drying drying appointment shortly after we finish the demolition all in all it was a very long process turning out to be a long night cleaning up the water damage to their home

This morning we received a call for water restoration at an apartment complex in Charlotte. The apartment manager advised us that 3 units have water damage due to a broken water line in a vacant unit. Sometime during the night, the vacant top floor unit flooded when a water line in the kitchen broke flooding the entire apartment and some of the units below. After inspecting the cause of the water damage what we realized was the hose that led to the washing machine was somewhat dry and not as flexible as those type of hoses should have been because of this the way we looked at today’s issue of water damage would be something that is similar to a lot of our calls for water restoration in Charlotte it was something that would have been preventable with regular maintenance to the washing machine such as replacing the hose every year or two but because the hose was not replaced we are in today situation cleaning up the water damage in their home.

Customer called this morning in need of water damage cleanup after one of her children broke the faucet and panicked without telling anyone. Apparently the water damage occurred when the child was cleaning dishes
