This morning we received a call for water damage cleanup after the customer returned home from grocery shopping to notice the shower was still on and water was everywhere inside of the home. After walking inside he noticed the carpet was wet and parts of the ceiling had water damage and caved in. He quickly relized the source and turned the shower off immediately. After some heavy extraction and moving the furniture we were able to proceed with drying out the house and getting everything back to normal for this customer.
