This morning we answered a call for water damage clean up in Charlotte at a home off of Providence Rd. The homeowner started her dishwasher before going to sleep but woke up to a flooded kitchen and Living room. Appliance failure is a common cause for customers contacting water restoration companies. Around 4am this morning we received a call for water restoration in Charlotte at a home on Mallard Pointe dr. The customer woke up to use the restroom when he noticed water in the hallway. He followed the water damage to his hall bathroom on the second floor. Somehow during the night the supply line broke to the bathroom sink broke and flowed unnoticed for hours causing his need for water mitigation services. We received a frantic call for water restoration in Rock Hill from a homeowner just outside of Charlotte in Rock hill South Carolina that returned home from a family spring break cruise. Prior to their vacation the water was left on causing a massive amount of water damage to the kitchen, Bathroom, and Garage. Before heading to the airport for an early morning flight their 10 yr. old ran back in the house to use the bathroom and washed her hands. Unfortunately, the bathroom faucet was left running and flooded the house while the family was away for the week. We worked with the homeowners to complete the full water mitigation and restoration process.

We received a water mitigation call from a very lively couple in Charlotte who really enjoyed entertaining guest. The couple had a beautiful home and newly renovated room for entertaining. This room had a full bar and almost every thing you can find in your favorite pub. The couple had a catered Easter dinner and moved the after party to their new space. The following morning the couple woke up to major water damage and a flooded 1^st floor caused by a leaky pipe behind the wall which was the main water connection for the bar. We arrived 30 minutes after receiving the call to their home in Piper Glen off of Rea Rd to start the water restoration and water drying process. After looking for all areas that required water damage cleanup we started the water restoration process to promote drying by extracting the water, demo, and renovate/restore the home to its full beauty.

Early this morning we responded to a call for water restoration in Charlotte from a bathroom sink overflow at a house in the Dilworth neighborhood. The customer stated the water damage was caused by his daughter after she used the bathroom before going to bed around 10pm the night before. They woke up about 3am this morning to the dog barking downstairs and noticed caved in ceilings and water damaged walls with a continuous flow of water coming from the ceiling. We completed the kitchen renovation and they sent us a picture of their daughters on prom day in their new kitchen.
