Water damage from backups and overflows in the bathroom are a frequent occurrence that can be prevented with regular maintenance. This mornings call was from a sink overflow that caused the need for water restoration services. Last week once of our water mitigation calls was from another home in Charlotte with a sink overflow but they are different in 1 way one was from a sink with water flowing while the stop was set and today’s is from a clog. Basically, both where preventable but one was due to maintenance and the other is because the customer forgot water was on.
