As water mitigation company in Charlotte we frequently deal with customers that are experiencing water damage due to common household situation this morning we receive the phone call for water restoration services for a house in east Charlotte because the customer realize their laundry room and kitchen and dining room were flooded after walking around the house a little further they soon realized about half of the living room was flooded also the cause of the water damage appears to be a broken pipe in the wall that leads to the water supply line attached to the washing machine. This resulted in a lot of water damage to me not just the floor but also to the walls because the pipe was broken inside the wall in the laundry room so all of the walls in the laundry room had to be cut during the demolition process to remove as much of the water damage as possible. Before we went through with the demolition process we had to turn off the water and out at the outside of the house because the water was still entering the house from the burst pipe in the wall when we arrived.
